But McCain can only change so much, because he has to stubbornly "stay the course" on long-lived Republican philosophies, that forces him to keep government away from quality education and health care. That we can take care of ourselves in every situation. That exact policy is what caused Katrina debacle.

You will often hear McCain talk about the evils of government bureaucracy, while strangely trusting corporate bureaucracy and greed. It's just strange to me how he can believe that corporations have less bureaucracy when handling health insurance, or private schools.

Some estimated that while being in the presidency triples the president's aging process due to stress. Look at pictures of Carter, Reagan, and even George W, and you'll see.

If McCain takes over the presidency at 72 and he ages 3-to-1, he'll be equivalent to Eighty-four years old! Would you trust the decision of an 84 year old?

I think there should be a mandatory retirement age, especially for politicians, because good ideas and decisions are important in good government!
