Which is harder: multiple choice, True/False, or fill in the blank?

It's easier to finish questions that are True/False and Multiple choice, but not necessarily easy to get correct answers. For example, "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" uses multiple choice, but the questions get so hard that rarely do people get the million.

Fill in the blank takes more time to answer, but that doesn't mean it's harder. For teachers, it takes more time to read all the answers.
